Returning an order is very easy and stress-free.
Please contact our team by emailing email@example.com and follow our instructions.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Personalised items that don't present any manufacturing defect cannot be returned and won't be refunded.
Purchases should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the order (Art.52 of the Italian Consumer Code). Returns outside this period may be accepted at our discretion.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer (see our Payment section).
Our policy does not offer exchanges. Discounted products cannot be returned nor refunded.
In case of wrong size or if you prefer a different colour of the same material, simply order the desired item through a new purchase.
In case of any exchange - that may be accepted at 2.8's discretion - shipping is included only in the first order.
To get the refund of the previously delivered item, it is necessary to ship the product back (subject to an email communication) within 1 week from receiving it. If the article does not follow our policy standards, the refund will not be paid.
Kindly note that refunds may take up to 28 working days.
If an order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded by 2.8, so we recommend to contact local customs bureaus directly.
Customers are responsible for the cost and the customs duties of the return shipment.
