Returning an order is very easy and stress-free.
Please contact our team by emailing email@example.com and follow our instructions.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Purchases should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns outside this period may be accepted at our discretion.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer (see our Payment section).
Kindly note that refunds may take up to 28 working days.
If an order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded by 2.8, we recommend to contact local customs bureaus directly.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
