Upon placing an order, our standard dispatch time typically ranges from 1-3 days. However, if you've ordered a personalized or made-to-order product, please allow for an extended processing time of up to 5-7 days.
Once your order is en route, delivery times may vary, with European countries often receiving their orders within a matter of days, while other destinations may experience longer delivery times, typically around 7-9 days. It's important to note that we maintain a close partnership with our shipping provider to proactively address any potential customs-related delays, ensuring a seamless experience for both our national and international customers.
Should your order consist of multiple products and one of them is momentarily out of stock, we will dispatch the complete order once all items are readily available.

Certainly! We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your convenience.

US & CANADA: Shipping is free for orders above €150. For orders below that threshold, the shipping cost is €40.
Japan, Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong: Shipping is free for orders above €150. For orders below that threshold, the shipping cost is €40.
Shipping costs for all other destinations are determined by the product's dimensions. Please note that customs duties are not included for countries outside the European Union.

Returns are accepted within 14-days from the date of order delivery upon request and confirmation. The product must be unused and accompanied by the original 2.8 box or dust bag. We kindly request that you review our full policy before initiating a return.
